Before entering our facility, all day camp guests must have the following:

-       A completed pet boarding contract
-       A completed Day Care Agreement & Pet Personality Profile
-       Verification of current vaccinations to include Bordetella, distemper, and rabies.
-       A nylon clip collar (no metal collars are accepted).

 All applications and forms must be completed and returned before your pets first day at Fieldstone’s Day Camp.
 
Pet Requirements

All pets must:

-       Be current on all vaccinations to include Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies.
-       Use a flea and tick preventative such as Frontline Plus.
-       Be spayed or neutered after six months of age.
-       Successfully complete a two week evaluation period.

Evaluation Period

Once your pet has been admitted to our Day Camp Program, they will complete a two week evaluation period. In this period, your pet will be placed in various play groups to find the most compatible companions for your pet.

Any pet not meeting these requirements (with the exception of our vaccination requirement) may consider our day boarding option.
